Now that is a good view! I like the contrast between the cloudy (stormy?) sky and the golden leaves. I can never decide what is more beautiful - ginkgo trees or Japanese maples. Perhaps we should just admire indiscriminately?
Yes, both in their own way beautiful. As for utility, however, I choose ginkgo....
